Payment: Payment is required when booking the appointment.

Refunds & Rescheduling: All new clients are required to book a free brief chemistry call to get a sense of whether we are a good fit and to ask questions about the process. After the client decides to move forward and has provided the questions the work begins. If the scheduled meeting needs to be rescheduled it can be moved. It is not refundable as services have already been rendered. Please email Deborah at least 24 hours before your call if you need to reschedule to another time.

Confidentiality: Your readings are kept confidential.

Emergencies and Crisis: Call your local emergency services for support if you are feeling emotionally unwell.

Emails: This is for confirmation of any appointments or any information that Deborah has for you.

Insurance: Deborah does not take insurance.
